Enter Next processes personal information for the purposes of providing services and fulfilling contracts, managing members and verifying identity, improving services and developing new services, utilizing information for marketing and advertising, and responding to customer inquiries and consultations.

The Company does not process personal information beyond its original scope or provide it to third parties without the user's prior consent. Exceptions apply where the user has consented, or where an investigative agency makes a request pursuant to applicable laws.

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are destroyed in a manner that makes them unrecoverable, and paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may exercise these rights at any time in writing, by phone, or by email.

Any changes to this policy will be announced through a notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. This policy takes effect on January 1, 2025.
