Terms of Service

Article 1

Purpose

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of the services provided by Enter Next.

Article 2

Definitions

  • Service — the marketing, development, data analytics, consulting, and other services provided by the Company
  • User — a customer who receives the Company's services in accordance with these Terms
  • Agreement — a separate contract executed for the use of the services after agreeing to these Terms
Article 3

Posting and Amendment of the Terms

  • The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the service.
  • The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
  • When amending these Terms, the Company gives notice from seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
Article 4

Provision of Services

  • AI marketing and advertising operations
  • Website and application development
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Business consulting
  • Growth strategy development
  • Other services determined by the Company
Article 5

Formation of the Service Agreement

  • The agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes the application.
  • The Company may refuse to provide services in cases of failure to use a real name, entry of false information, or other causes attributable to the user.
Article 6

Service Hours

  • In principle, the service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round.
  • The service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as scheduled maintenance or system failure.
Article 7

Obligations of Users

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

  • Registering false information
  • Misappropriating another person's information
  • Altering information posted by the Company
  • Transmitting unauthorized information
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights
  • Defaming others or interfering with business operations
  • Posting obscene or violent information
Article 8

Obligations of the Company

  • The Company complies with applicable laws and makes its best efforts to provide continuous and stable services.
  • The Company maintains security systems to protect personal information.
  • The Company handles legitimate opinions and complaints and communicates the results.
Article 9

Termination of the Agreement and Restriction of Use

  • Users may personally request termination of the agreement.
  • The Company may terminate the agreement or restrict use without prior notice in cases of use of another person's name, interference with operations, violation of public order and morals, harm to national interests, or defamation.
Article 10

Disclaimer

  • The Company is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
  • The Company is not liable for service failures arising from causes attributable to the user.
  • The Company is not liable for lost profits or damages arising from materials obtained through the service.
Article 11

Compensation for Damages

The Company compensates for damages incurred by users due to its willful misconduct or negligence. However, for services provided free of charge, the Company is not liable within the scope prescribed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 12

Dispute Resolution

  • The Company handles user complaints as a priority and, if processing is delayed, notifies the user of the reason and schedule.
  • Disputes may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee.
Article 13

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit concerning disputes arising from the use of the service shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.

These Terms take effect on January 1, 2025.

The Korean version of this document prevails in case of any discrepancy.
